省、市、县基础地理信息联动更新的研究与实现

摘　　要：通过研究省、市、县基础地理信息联动更新的技术路线,探索基础地理信息联动更新机制,从数据标准化方法、变化信息发现与共享、共享平台和时态数据库建设等方面,实现省、市、县基础地理变化信息快速交换共享和协同更新的技术流程,并将研究成果应用于江苏省省、市、县基础地理信息联动更新试点项目,建立省、市、县共建共享机制,推进新型基础测绘转型升级。In this paper,through the research of the technical route of provincial,municipal and county basic geographical information linkage updating,we explored the working mechanism of basic geographical information linkage updating.And then,we realized the technical process of rapid exchange,sharing and collaborative updating of provincial,municipal and county basic geographical change information by the data standardized method,discovery and sharing of change information,the construction of sharing platform and temporal database.The research result was applied to the provincial,municipal and county basic geographical information linkage updating pilot project of Jiangsu Province.We established a joint construction mechanism among provinces,cities and counties,which will promote the transformation and upgrading of new basic surveying and mapping.
