摘  要:针对北极地区冻土层厚,井底温度低,常规水泥浆凝固时间长,强度发展慢;储气层厚,埋深浅,可采层位多,地层压力高,防气窜难;储层孔隙大和渗透率高,胶结差,易漏失;油基泥浆难驱替等影响固井质量的技术难题,通过优选材料和大量室内实验开发了以低温胶凝剂RC090-01、降失水剂Cem-1、早强剂Atren light和防气窜剂RC021-09等材料组成的低温防气窜水泥浆,在低温下凝固时间短,强度发展快,具有防漏堵漏功能及良好的防气窜能力,符合冻土层低温防气窜固井的技术要求。应用驱油冲洗液及冲洗型隔离液技术,采用符合地层承压能力的变排量顶替技术,提高了顶替效率,改善了界面胶结,提高了固井质量,从而形成了北极地区低温防气窜固井技术,在哈拉姆布尔气田累计完成了20口井的施工作业,固井质量全部合格,优质率在85%以上,彻底解决了固井质量问题。For the thick permafrost layers in the arctic,conventional cement slurry has a long setting time and strength formed at slow speed at low temperature.It ′ s hard to anti-gas channeling for thick gas reservoirs,shallow burial depth,more recoverable layers and high formation pressure.Large porosity and high perme-ability in the reservoirs result in weak cementing and being easy to leak.There is low displacement efficiency in oil-based mud and other technical problems affecting the quality of cementing.In view of the above,a set of anti-gas channeling cement slurry at low temperature is developed that makes of low temperature gellant RC090-1,filtration-reducing agent Cem-1,accelerator Atren light and anti-gas channeling agent RC021-09,etc.It has the capability of lost circulation control and anti-gas channeling for its fast setting time and strength development at low temperature.It meets the technical demands of well cementing at low temperature for anti-gas channeling in the permafrost layers.After the application of oil displacement flushing fluid,flushing spacer technology and variable pressurized displacement technology,displacement efficiency,interfacial cementing and well cementing quality are improved.And low-temperature anti-gas channeling cementing technology is formed in the Arctic.The technology is applied to 20 wells in Harampur Gas Field,and the cementing quality is qualified with more than 85% of the high-quality rates,which completely solves the problems of the cementing quality.
