摘 要:稀土Y型分子筛因其具有良好的水热稳定性和催化裂化活性,已广泛应用于石油烃催化裂化、加氢裂化等催化反应过程中。利用微波辅助方法对NaY型分子筛与稀土溶液离子交换反应进行研究,考察了镧离子浓度和交换时间对离子交换度和分子筛离子交换降钠的影响。与传统水热离子交换法相比,微波辅助作为一种独特的加热方式应用于分子筛与稀土离子交换反应,显示出巨大的优势,能够大幅提高离子交换效率,极大缩短了离子交换时间和分子筛的生产制备周期,还能获得更高的离子交换度,为分子筛的高效离子交换改性开辟了一条新途径。通过XRD和SEM表征技术表明,在微波辅助La3+-NaY水热交换过程中,分子筛的晶型结构和形貌均受到破坏,部分La3+已进入方钠石笼。本研究为开发高效、低成本、短流程合成制备高稀土含量Y型分子筛提供了新的研究思路,具有重要意义。Rare earth Y molecular sieve,due to its good hydrothermal stability and catalytic cracking activity,has been widely used in catalytic reactions such as catalytic cracking and hydrocracking of petroleum hy-drocarbons.The ion exchange reaction between NaY molecular sieve and rare earth solution was studied by microwave-assisted method,and the effects of the concentration of La3+solution and exchange time on the ion exchange degree and residual sodium content of molecular sieve were investigated in this paper.Compared with the traditional hydrothermal ion exchange method,microwave-assisted method shows great advantages as a unique heating method when it is applied to the ion exchange reaction between molecular sieve and rare earth.It can remarkably improve the ion exchange efficiency,greatly shorten the ion exchange time and the production cycle of molecular sieve,and obtain higher ion exchange degree,opening up a new way for the high-efficiency ion exchange modification of molecular sieve.XRD and SEM analysis shows that the crystal structures and morphologies of the molecular sieve are damaged during the microwave-assisted La3 +ion exchange process,and part of the La3+has entered the sodalite cage.This research is of great significance for it provides new research ideas for the development of high-efficiency,low-cost,short-process synthesized high rare earth content Y molecular sieves.
