摘  要:长岭炼化南区火炬系统装置多,与火炬管网相连的点多,正常工艺排放点多,由于正常排放、操作波动或阀门内漏等原因,造成火炬气总量大,氢气、氮气含量高,轻烃和凝缩油多,影响火炬气回收后脱硫效果。通过清查各装置排放点,分析排放介质的性质、数量、流向及对火炬气总量的影响,确定了原料罐压力控制排放气,含硫污水闪蒸的轻烃与污水罐的密封隔离气,制氢装置的解吸气,轻烃、凝缩油、高压循环氢压缩机干气密封的排放气等为火炬气的主要来源。制定了相应的改进措施,如完善压力控制方案,由"压力点"控制改为"压力区间"控制;进行工艺改造,避免富液带气,减少火炬气量;对火炬管网集中实时监测和管理,规范切液操作,优化控制参数;优化轻烃凝缩液的去向,避免轻烃在火炬系统内部循环等。南区火炬气总量由2800~3200m^3/h(标准)下降至小于1500m^3/h(标准),年节约N2用量3.27×10^6m^3左右,火炬气脱硫效果提高,脱后H2S含量降低。The flare system in the south area of SINOPEC Changling Company involves many units. There are many points connected to the flare pipe network and many discharge points in normal process.Due to normal discharge,operation fluctuation or leakage in the valve,the total amount of flare gas was large,the contents of hydrogen and nitrogen were high,and the amount of light hydrocarbons and condensed oil was large,affecting the desulfurization effect after the recovery of flare gas.By checking the discharge points of each unit and analyzing the nature,quantity and flow direction of discharge medium and its influence on the total amount of flare gas,the pressure control emissions from raw material tank,the light hydrocarbons from sour water flashing,the sealing gas from sewage tank,the desorption gas from hydrogen plant and the discharge gas from the dry gas seal of light hydrocarbon,condensed oil and high pressure recycle gas compressor were determined as the main sources of flare gas.Corresponding improvement measures were developed,such as perfecting the pressure control scheme by changing pressure point control to pressure range control,carrying out process modification to avoid the gas entrainment in rich liquid and reduce the amount of flare gas,carrying out centralized and real-time monitoring and management of flare pipe network,standardizing liquid cutting operation and optimizing control parameters,and optimizing the direction of light hydrocarbon condensate to avoid the circulation of light hydrocarbon in the flare system.The total amount of flare gas in the south area decreased from 2800 ~3200 Nm^3/h to less than 1500 Nm^3/h,and the annual N2 consumption was reduced by about 3.27 million m^3.The desulfurization effect of flare gas was improved,and the H2 S content of flare gas was reduced after the desulfurization.
