摘　　要：在2000年之前,人们普遍认为冠状病毒较为温和,引起较轻微的临床表现,但随着人-动物活动范围重合度的增加,以及频繁的跨物种感染和偶然的外溢事件,加上冠状病毒本身基因组的多样性和频繁的重组,使得冠状病毒对人类的危害日益加重。本综述就新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的病毒学、流行病学、临床表现、诊断及治疗进行阐述,并将新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)与SARS-CoV作对比,探究SARS-CoV-2可能的发病机制,为防治COVID-19提供信息。Before 2000,it was generally believed that the pathogenesis of coronaviruses were milder than other viruses,which caused light clinical manifestations.But with the increase of human-animal activity interface,frequent cross-species infections and occasional spills,coupled with the diversity and frequent recombination of the coronavirus genome,the coronavirus is increasingly harmful to human-beings.This review discusses the virology,pathogenesis,epidemiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and treatment of COVID-19 in depth.First,we compare SARS-CoV-2 with SARS-CoV,and then we investigate the cause of the pandemic of SARS-CoV-2,which will provide some useful information for human to prevent another outbreak of COVID-19 in the future.
