摘　　要：《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》(GB/T 1.1-2009)于2020年10月1日正式实施。为更好地贯彻执行GB/T 1.1-2020版的相关规定,起草高质量的标准化文件,对照2009年版的标准化工作导则第1部分,摘录和解读与标准起草过程中遇到的基本变化条款,帮助标准化人员正确理解和使用。GB/T 1.1-2020 Guidelines for Standardization-Part 1:Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents(hereinafter referred to as GB/T 1.1-2020)was officially implemented on October 1,2020.In order to better implement the relevant provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 edition and draft high-quality standardization documents,this paper compares it with the 2009 edition of Guidelines for Standardization Work-Part 1,extracts and interprets the basic changes encountered in the drafting process of standards,to help standardization personnel understand and use correctly.
