摘　　要：针对市场的需求,文章介绍了一种10Gbps高速光收发模块的设计思路,并对其软硬件设计做了简单分析。该光模块既可用于民用光通信设备又可用于军用光通信设备,具有功耗低,尺寸小,工作温度范围宽和抗振抗冲击性能好等特点。Directed against the market demand, a designing of 10 Gbps optical transceiver module described is done, which can be used in civil optical communication device and military optical communication device. The designing methods of software and hardware are discussed. The optical module has the merits of low power, small size, wide temperature range, good anti-vibration performance and so on.
