摘　　要：对湿法炼锌锌锭各工序的加工费要素进行理论分析,结合某公司近年来的加工费及生产实际,指出影响锌锭加工费的关键工序是电解和净化工序,并针对性地提出降低析出锌直流电单耗和锌粉单耗的措施和手段,使电锌加工费下降了70元/t锌。Based on the theoretical analysis of the processing fee elements of each process of zinc ingot in hydrometallurgy,combined with the processing fee and production practice of a company in recent years,it is pointed out that the key process affecting the processing fee of zinc ingot is electrolysis and purification.Measures and means were proposed to reduce DC power consumption and zinc powder consumption decreased by 70 yuan/t zinc processing fee.
