摘 要:热气溶胶灭火技术的发展为处理开关柜带电火灾提供了更加高效的途径,热敏感温线作为使用最普遍的启动元件之一,其自身能够被点燃,存在一定的安全隐患,但在目前的研究成果中,还没有研究人员对其在开关柜中的安全性进行评估。为解决上述问题,在全面分析开关柜结构特点和温升规律的基础上,采用开关柜实体模型模拟真实火灾,对热敏感温线进行安全性能测试,剖析了在开关柜中使用热敏感温线可能存在的安全风险。This paper focuses on the safety of thermal sensitive temperature line in switchboard.The development of thermal aerosol fire extinguishing technology provides a more efficient way to deal with live fire in switch cabinet.As one of the most common start-up elements,thermal sensitive temperature line can be ignited by itself,which has some potential safety risks.However,in the current research results,no researchers have evaluated its safety in switch cabinet.In order to solve the above problems,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the switchboard structure characteristics and temperature rise law,the real fire is simulated by using the switchboard solid model,and the safety performance of the thermal sensitive temperature line is tested,and the possible safety risks of using the thermal sensitive temperature line in the switchboard are analyzed.
