摘 要:作为工程技术重要的动力源,压缩空气的制备、净化和输送关系着整个工程的安全、有序及高效运行。对压缩空气站设备选型、站房设计和压缩空气管道系统设计进行简要介绍;针对压缩空气管道设计、施工中的常见问题提出解决办法,提出将BIM三维协同技术引进至压缩空气管道设计,能够避免施工中常见的管道碰撞问题,极大地提高设计的质量和效率。本文研究可为压缩空气站及压缩空气管道设计提供参考。As an important power source of engineering technology,the preparation,purification and transportation of compressed air are bound up with the safe,orderly and efficient operation of the whole project.The model selection of compressed air station equipment,the design of compressed air station and the system design of compressed air pipeline are introduced briefly,the solutions in view of the common problems in the design and construction of the compressed air pipeline is proposed.It is also proposed that the introduction of BIM 3 D collaborative technology into compressed air pipeline design,which can help to avoid the common pipeline collision problems in construction in advance,and greatly improve the quality and efficiency of design.It is hoped that the study could provide references for the design of compressed air station and compressed air pipeline.
