摘  要:针对高大平房仓稻谷储藏安全的问题,通过对储藏期间粮温、水分和储存品质的检测,进行了偏高水分稻谷储藏试验。结果表明,偏高水分稻谷冬季入仓水分15.9%,利用低温环境进行机械通风,夏季利用空调控温保证仓温不高于25℃,能够保证偏高水分稻谷的品质,减少储粮损耗,确保经济效益。The high moisture rice storage study was carried out on the safety of rice storage inlarge warehouses through the detection of temperature,moisture and storage quality during the storage.The results showed that the moisture in the high-moisture rice was 15.9%in winter,and the mechanical ventilation was carried out in a low-temperature environment,and warehouse temperature was controlled by air conditioning in summer to ensure that the warehouse temperature below 25℃,ensure the quality of stored grain,reduce the loss of stored grain and ensure economic benefits.
