圆形筒仓物料板结形成及破除研究

摘　　要：针对目前筒仓物料板结难以处理,需要人工进仓操作,严重者会导致整仓料损坏,不但造成大量的经济损失,还存在安全风险等问题,分析了物料板结的形成过程及对设备的作用力,提出采用控制设备主动开启时间、清仓机的螺旋叶片外侧镶刀片等措施,可以有效预防和处理圆形筒仓物料板结现象。At present,it is difficult to deal with the problem of silo material consolidation,which requires manual operation.If it is serious,it will cause damage to the whole silo material,which will not only cause a lot of economic losses,but also have safety risks.The formation process of the material consolidation and the force on the equipment are analyzed.The measures such as controlling the active opening time of the equipment and inserting the blade outside the spiral blade of the reclaimers are put forward,which can be effective to prevent and deal with the phenomenon of material consolidation in circular silo.
