摘　　要：随着城市轨道交通的快速发展,地铁公司的融资方式与盈利问题已日益凸显,直接关系到城市轨道交通能否可持续发展。本文分析了香港地铁公司盈利的原因,并将其经验借鉴到杭州地铁的实践中,提出相应的发展对策。With the rapid development of urban rail transit,the financing mode and profitability of metro companies have become increasingly prominent,which is directly related to the sustainable development of urban rail transit.This paper analyzes the reasons for the profitability of MTR Company,and draws its experience from the practice of Hangzhou Metro,and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures.
