摘　　要：目的探讨应用经括约肌间瘘管结扎术(LIFT)联合负压球超细管引流治疗经括约肌肛瘘的临床疗效。方法对60例经括约肌肛瘘患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用LIFT术后常规开放切口引流,观察组采用LIFT术联合负压球超细管引流。对比两组术后创面疼痛评分、伤口愈合时间、治愈率、住院费用及并发症情况。结果观察组术后创面疼痛评分、伤口愈合时间、治愈率和并发症发生率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组住院费用差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用LIFT术联合负压球超细管引流治疗经括约肌肛瘘疗效明显,术后创面疼痛轻、伤口愈合快、治愈率高、并发症发生率低且治疗费用无增加。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ligation of the intersphincteris fistula tract(LIFT)combined with the drainage of negative pressure ball ultra-fine tube in the treatment of sphincter anal fistula.Methods 60 patients with trans sphincter anal fistula were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open incision drainage after LIFT procedure,and the observation group was treated with LIFT procedure combined with negative pressure ball ultra-fine tube drainage.The wound pain score,wound healing time,healing rate,hospitalization expenses and complications between the two groups were compared.Results The wound pain score,wound healing time,healing rate and complication rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hospitalization expenses between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of LIFT procedure combined with negative pressure ball ultra-fine tube drainage in the treatment of anal fistula through sphincter has the obvious curative effect.The postoperative wound pain is mild,the wound heales quickly,the cure rate is higher,the incidence of complications is lower,and the cost of treatment is not increased.
