摘　　要：目的探讨气囊尿管联合宫腔镜对子宫瘢痕妊娠患者术后恢复及并发症的影响。方法选择惠州市第三人民医院院于2016年3月—2019年3月间收治的子宫瘢痕妊娠患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组接受宫腔镜治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加使用气囊尿管,比较两组术后恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组住院时长、月经恢复时长及β人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平恢复时间显著比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气囊尿管联合宫腔镜可有效缩短子宫瘢痕妊娠患者术后恢复时间,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of balloon catheter combined with hysteroscopy on postoperative recovery and complications of patients with cicatricial pregnancy.Methods 60 cases of cicatricial pregnancy in the hospital from March,2016 to March,2019 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received hysteroscopic treatment,and the observation group received balloon catheter on the basis of the control group.The recovery and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The time of hospitalization,menstruation recovery andβ-HCG level recovery in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Air bag catheter combined with hysteroscopy can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
