摘  要:目的探讨血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血清尿酸(UA)与高尿酸血症的相关性。方法选取2018年2月—2019年5月于宛城区中医院接受治疗的患者62例,所有患者均进行ALT和UA检测,依据ALT和UA检测结果,观察分析不同ALT和UA水平的高尿酸血症发生率。结果ALT异常组中高尿酸血症发生率较ALT正常组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);UA异常组中高尿酸血症发生率较UA正常组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清ALT、UA水平升高可促进高尿酸血症的发病及发展过程,可通过监测ALT、UA水平变化,为患者提供合理有效的治疗措施。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),serum uric acid(UA)and hyperuricemia.Methods 62 patients treated in the hospital from February,2018 to May,2019 were selected.All patients were tested for ALT and UA.According to the results of ALT and UA testing,the occurrence of hyperuricemia with different levels of ALT and UA was observed and analyzed.Results The incidence of hyperuricemia in the abnormal ALT group was higher than that in the normal ALT group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hyperuricemia in the UA abnormal group was higher than that of the normal UA group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Increased serum ALT and UA levels can promote the onset and development of hyperuricemia.Reasonable and effective treatment measures can be provided by monitoring changes in ALT and UA levels.
