摘  要:大功率晶闸管是高压直流输电装置的关键部件。根据大功率晶闸管的高散热要求,设计一种带有内部强化换热结构的水冷板。采用数值模拟的方法分析了水冷板在不同流量、不同的热源大小和不同的流体等参数下的热性能,提出了在高发热区域采用了强化换热结构的三维流动传热的水冷板,并对局部结构进行优化,使得晶闸管的温度降低并且均匀,可确保晶闸管的运行安全和保障使用寿命。High power thyristor is the central component of the HVDC convertor station.Base on the cooling requirements for utilization of high power thyristors,the water cold plate with enhanced heat transfer structure is designed.The thermal performance of water cold plate under different flow rate,different heat source size and different fluid are studied with numerical simulation.The three-dimensional flow heat transfer water-cooled plate with enhanced heat transfer structure is proposed in the high heating area.The local structure is optimized to make the temperature lower and uniform in the thyristor.The operation safely of thyristor is ensured and service life is guaranteed.
