基于小街区理念的单位大院改造设计研究——以西安市交大北职工小区为例

摘　　要：我国居住小区、单位大院等居住模式存在着诸多问题,现今居住小区到居住型街区的转变的实现也面临各种问题。本文在分析了我国居住小区与单位大院的发展历史与现状后,对西安市交大北职工小区进行了调研分析,以小街区的理念对此单位大院进行设计改造研究,提出了区域功能划分、优化公共空间、内部道路系统改造等理念,以期为居住小区到居住街区的转变提供一定的参考。There are many problems in the residential area,unit yard and other residential modes in China.Nowadays,there are many problems existed in the transformation from residential area to residential block,.After analyzing the development history and current situation of residential quarters and unit yards in China,this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the north staff community of Xi’an Jiaotong University,studies the design and transformation of the unit yard based on the concept of small blocks,and puts forward the concepts of regional function division,public space optimization,internal road system transformation,etc.,hoping to provide a reference for the transformation from residential quarters to residential districts.
