西北地区乡土景观更新与活化研究——以西安市北院门高家大院为例

摘　　要：西安北院门历史街区的高家大院,是一座有着约400年历史的传统民居,其历经岁月沧桑,至今保存完好,集中展示了西安乃至关中地区的乡土文化,是西北地区重要的城市遗产和乡土景观。本文以乡土景观和城市遗产的综合视角,建立遗产本体、场所活力、景观与风貌保护、管理与养护、历史资料的保护、场所精神的保护六方面的综合价值评价指标,提出高家大院的保护与更新策略,为西北地区乡土景观的更新与活化提供一种新的思路。The Gaojia compound at the north gate of historical block in Xi’an is a traditional house with a history of more than 400 years.With the flying of the times,it is still preserved well.It shows the rural culture in Xi’an or even Guanzhong region.It is the important urban heritage and rural landscape in northwest China.Based on the point of view of vernacular landscapes and urban heritage,this paper establishes a comprehensive value evaluation index including the heritage itself,site vitality,landscape and style protection,management and maintenance,the protection of the historical data and place spirit,and puts forward the protection and renovation strategy for Gaojia compound,which provides a new thought for the renewal and activation of rural landscape in northwest region.
