摘 要:针对某煤炭码头后轨结构设计采用回填开山石基础,沉降控制要求高的问题,从严控填料质量、优化强夯点布置以及提前预留沉降和高配可调系统等四个方面进行了施工精细化管理,实现了大型重力式码头后轨基础沉降的有效控制,取得了良好的项目效益,突破了大型重力式码头后轨通常采用桩基础的限制,为以后类似工程设计和施工提供参考依据。In the design of rear rail structure of a coal terminal,rock-filled foundation requires high control of settlement.A detailed management of construction is carried out through strict quality control of the filled rocks,optimized layout of dynamic compaction points,the quantity of settlement reserved in advance and highly adjustable system.The above work effectively controls the settlement of the rear rail foundation of large-size gravity berth and achieves project benefit.The research results show that pile foundation is able to be replaced with rock-filled foundation as the rear rail foundation of large-size gravity berth,which will serve as a reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
