摘  要:海上油田低产低效油井没有较合适的人工举升方式。传统的抽油机及螺杆泵受限于平台空间和安全规范不能使用,常规电潜泵采油由于供液不足容易发生机组过热烧坏电机。文章通过分析直线电机往复泵的技术特点及海上应用的特殊性,选择适应海上的直线电机往复泵技术,在南海西部海上一口典型油井首次成功应用,推动了该海域类似低产井的开发。There is no applicable artif icial lift method for low-yield and low-eff iciency wells at offshore oilf ield.The traditional pumping unit and screw pump are limited by the platform space and safety specif ications can not be used.Conventional electric submersible pump oil production is prone to overheating and burning out the motor due to insuff icient liquid supply.By analyzing the technical characteristics of linear motor reciprocating pump and the particularity of offshore application,this paper selects the linear motor reciprocating pump technology suitable for the sea,and successfully applies it for the f irst time in a typical oil well in the western south china sea,which promotes the development of similar low-yield wells in the sea area.
