论默多克小说《独角兽》的后现代性

摘　　要：英国小说家艾丽丝·默多克的小说《独角兽》,以现实主义的基调实验了后现代主义小说创作的新模式。本文分析了《独角兽》所体现的哲学主题的后现代性和哲学思想的非中心化、反主体化和视角化,讨论了作品的开放性、不确定性及多元性等后现代特征,并从福柯的权利与话语理论观点出发,探讨了小说从传统男性中心话语向女性话语转向过程中的后现代特征,并以默多克在《独角兽》中跨体裁的文本构建和多维空间叙事技巧等为着眼点深入研究了该作品的后现代叙事策略。《独角兽》的后现代性对20世纪50年代迷茫的英国文学产生了积极的启示作用。British novelist Iris Murdoch experimented a new pattern of postmodern novel with a realistic tone in his work The Unicorn.This paper analyzes the postmodern philosophical theme,discusses the novel’s postmodern features of openness,uncertainty and plurality,etc.,and uses Michel Foucault’s theory of discourse and power to explore the novel’s postmodern turn of female discourse from traditional male discourse.The Postmodern narrative strategies in The Unicorn,including the cross-genre text construction and the multidimensional spatial narration,are specially studied.The postmodernity of the novel somehow pushed forward the English literature of the 1950s out of chaos.
