摘　　要：固原鸡是以宁夏回族自治区固原市为主产地,以固原市的交岔、王洼、罗洼等地为中心产区的肉蛋兼用型优良地方品种。该品种具有抗逆性强、适应性强、耐粗饲、宜放养等优点,肉蛋兼用性能突出,是产区民众不可缺少的重要肉食来源,其中的固原乌鸡更是一种药用珍禽。故固原鸡具有良好的开发利用价值和产业化发展潜力。本文提出了固原鸡开发利用和产业化发展的措施和建议,旨在为固原鸡产业良性循环发展提供借鉴参考。Guyuan chicken which is a good local variety with both meat and egg,with Guyuan City as main producing area and Jiaocha,Wangwa and Luowa as centre producing areas.The variety has such advantages as strong stress resistance,strong adaptability,resistance to rough feeding,suitable for free range and outstanding performance of both meat and egg,which is an indispensable important source of meat for local people in the production areas.Therefore,Guyuan chicken has a good value of exploitation and industrialization development potential.In this paper,some measures and suggestions for the development and utilization of Guyuan chicken were summarized,aiming at providing references for sustainable development of Guyuan chicken industry.
