摘  要:由于长宁区块页岩气储层地应力高、水平两向应力差异大,天然裂隙分布复杂,岩石塑性特征强且改造体积有限,生产井产量递减快、采出程度低,因此其页岩气经济有效开发受到了极大的限制。文章提出裂缝暂堵—控藏体积压裂技术,针对页岩气水平井进行分段分簇体积压裂。采用缝口暂堵技术,提高射孔孔眼进液有效率,实现对每个射孔孔眼的均匀体积压裂改造;基于裂缝内暂堵技术,提升净压力,增大裂缝复杂程度;通过开展裂缝暂堵—控藏体积压裂模拟分析与室内试验,对暂堵材料进行了优化评价。裂缝暂堵—控藏体积压裂技术在长宁区块42口井、206段井段的现场应用结果显示,暂堵剂加入后升压明显,压裂改造体积大幅增加,证实该技术能够提高射孔有效率、增加裂缝复杂程度、发挥套变段的产气贡献,最终提高采收率,对页岩气资源量的经济开发动用、技术实施具有重要的指导意义。The economic and effective development of shale gas in Changning block has been greatly restricted because of its high in-situ stress,large difference in horizontal two-dimensional stress,complex distribution of natural fissures,strong rock plasticity and limited reconstruction volume,rapid decline in production wells and low recovery degree.Therefore,this paper presents a fracturing technology of temporary plugging-reservoir control volume fracturing,which is used to fracturing horizontal shale gas wells in stages and clusters.Temporary plugging technology is used to improve the injection efficiency of perforation hole and realize the uniform volume fracturing transformation of each perforation hole.Based on temporary plugging technology in fracture,net pressure is increased and fracture complexity is raised.Temporary plugging material is optimized and evaluated by simulation analysis and laboratory test of temporary pluggingreservoir control volume fracturing.Field application results of temporary plugging-reservoir-controlled volume fracturing technology in 42 wells and 206 sections of Changning block show that the pressure rise is obvious after temporary plugging agent is added,and SRV(Stimulated Reservoir Volume)increases greatly after temporary plugging.It is confirmed that this technology can improve perforation efficiency,increase fracture complexity,exert gas production contribution of casing variation section,improve shale gas production and ultimately enhance recovery factor.The economic development and utilization of resources and technical implementation have important guiding significance.
