摘  要:"智能装备制造"是未来石油制造业的发展方向,国外各大油服公司均投入大量研发力量开展技术攻关,并建立了各自标准和规范。川渝、塔里木、新疆油田近十年经过不懈的探索与实践,尤其在高压远程自动化与集中控制、井下数据无线传输、图像智能识别安全控制等方面取得突破,已具备投入到工业应用的条件,开始在试油阶段发挥着重要作用,为智能试油技术发展奠定了基础。文章通过介绍川渝气田上述技术,探讨并展望智能试油技术未来在我国油气田勘探开发中起到的作用及研究发展方向,有助于油气田勘探开发提质增效。"Intelligent equipment manufacturing"is the development direction of future petroleum manufacturing industry.Major foreign oilfield service companies have invested a large number of research and development efforts to strive to make technological breakthrough and established their own standards and specifications.The main areas of gas exploration and exploitation in China,including Sichuan,Tarim and Xinjiang oilfields,have carried out unremitting exploration and practice in intelligent testing and completion technology for last decade,and breakthrough has been made in high pressure remote automation and centralized control,downhole data wireless transmission and image recognition safety control technologies,which have the capacity to put into industrial applications,and play a key role in well testing stage,laying a foundation for the development of intelligent testing and completion technology.This paper introduces the integration and application of intelligent testing and completion technology in Sichuan gas field,discusses and prospects the future role and research direction of intelligent testing and completion technology in the exploitation and production of oil and gas fields in China,which is beneficial to improve quality and efficiency of exploitation and production in oil and gas field.
