摘 要:水平井/大斜度井裸眼完井+分段酸压是高石梯磨溪地区灯影组低孔低渗气井建产、增产的主要技术。储层钻遇井段长,非均质性极强,酸压裂缝在长井段上的合理部署是影响酸压效果的关键。针对酸压布缝难题,降低致密条带对酸压效果影响和判定酸压裂缝起裂位置,采用油藏数值模拟方法,建立灯四段储层精细分段地质模型,明确了致密条带对酸压效果影响;基于弹性力学理论,改进了大斜度井破裂压力剖面预测模型,计算了长井段破裂压力剖面;形成了考虑致密条带"屏障"作用选取"地质甜点"和基于长井段上"破裂压力"分布选取"工程甜点"的"双目标"精细布缝方法。结果表明,当致密条带厚度大于35 m时,具有明显的"渗流屏障"作用。GS30井采用精细布缝技术,获得103.96×10~4m^3/d高产,其为邻井同层大斜度井/水平井的1.5~1.8倍,建议持续推进现场试验,进一步完善本技术。Open-hole completion&segmental acid-fracturing is the main stimulation technology for increasing production of horizontal well&highly deviated well in low-porosity and lowpermeability zones in the Dengying Formation in the GaoshitiMoxi gas field.Dengying Formation reservoir is characterized by long interval,overlapping and interaction between tight zones and siliceous layers,strong heterogeneity,so a reasonable distribution of acid-fracture in long intervals is the key factor to affect the result of acid stimulation.In order to solving the problem of acid-fracture arrangement in the long interval in the highly deviated well&horizontal well in Dengying formation,namely maximizing to weak the effect of tight zone on the gas production and defining the acid-fracture position in long interval,a fine segmental geological model of the Dengying formation was established based on the reservoir numerical simulation method,and the effect of the tight zones on the acid-fracturing response is determined.Based on the theory of elastic mechanics,the prediction model of fracture pressure profile of highly deviated wells based on well-logging data is established,and the fracture pressure profile of Dengying formation is calculated.Therefore,we establish a"double targets"method of distributing acid-fracture with considering the"barrier effect"of tight zone to select"geological desserts"and considering the"fracture pressure distribution"to select"engineering desserts".It is show that when the thickness of the tight zone is greater than or equal to 35 m,the tight zone has a significant"barrier effect".After using the technology of the acid-fracture arranged by fine segmented,GS30 well obtain a high-yield industrial gas flow of 103.96×10~4 m^3/d,which is 1.5~1.8 times than the adjacent well in a same zone.Therefore,it is recommended to continue to promote the field test to further improve the methodology.
