摘 要:针对高温高盐储层常规化学驱油措施效果较差的问题,将耐温抗盐型聚合物凝胶和表面活性剂相结合,提出了新型聚合物凝胶/表面活性剂复合调驱技术,室内评价了复合调驱体系的耐温抗盐性能、配伍性、调剖效果以及驱油效果。结果表明,复合调驱体系具有良好的耐温抗盐性能;新型聚合物凝胶在高温高盐条件下具有良好的调剖效果,且填砂管渗透率级差越大,剖面改善效果越好;复合调驱体系的驱油效果明显优于单独注聚合物凝胶或表面活性剂,其结合了新型聚合物凝胶的调剖作用与表面活性剂的驱油作用,能使岩心水驱后的采收率继续提高25%以上。矿场试验结果表明,实施新型聚合物凝胶/表面活性剂复合调驱技术措施后,目标区块内注水井的注入压力明显升高,对应生产井的日产油量上升,含水率下降,起到了良好的增油控水效果。In view of the poor effect of conventional chemical flooding in high temperature and high salinity reservoirs,a new polymer gel/surfactant compound flooding technology was proposed by combining temperature and salt resistant polymer gel with surfactant.The temperature and salt resistance,compatibility,profile control effect and oil displacement effect of compound profile control and flooding system were evaluated in laboratory.The results show that the compound flooding system has good resistance to temperature and salt.When the temperature is 110℃and the salinity is 200 g/L,the new polymer gel has good gelling performance.The interfacial tension value of surfactant solution can still reach 10-3 m N/m,and the compatibility between them is good.The new polymer gel has good profile control effect under the condition of high temperature and high salinity.The greater the permeability difference of the sand filled pipe,the better the profile improvement effect.The oil displacement effect of the compound flooding system is much better than that of the polymer gel or surfactant alone,it combines the profile control effect of new polymer gel and the oil displacement effect of surfactant,which can increase the recovery factor of rock core water flooding by more than 25%.The results of field tests show that after injection of new polymer gel/surfactant compound flooding technology,the injection pressure of injection wells in target block increases significantly,and the daily production of production wells increases,and water cut decreases.It has a good effect of increasing oil and controlling water.
