摘  要:【目的】研究个体和群体斑马鱼对5种单色光的趋光反应。【方法】在无外界光源干扰下,设置红光(625±5)nm、黄光(585±5)nm、绿光(525±5)nm、蓝光(455±5)nm、紫光(400±5)nm等5种人工光源光照环境,利用自制装置研究个体和群体斑马鱼在5种单色光照环境下的趋光反应。【结果】个体斑马鱼在单色光环境下的停留时间比例依次为绿光24.11%、红光15.02%、紫光10.35%、蓝光8.87%、黄光7.96%,绿光显著高于黄光和蓝光(P<0.05),红、黄、蓝和紫四个区之间无显著差异(P>0.05);群体斑马鱼趋光率为紫光(21.31%)、红光(19.96%)、绿光(19.58%)显著高于蓝光(14.07%)和黄光(9.58%)(P<0.05),无论是群体还是个体斑马鱼在黄色光环境下的趋光反应均最不明显;斑马鱼对5种单色光的选择指数表明,个体斑马鱼和群体斑马鱼均趋向蓝、绿光,回避黄光;紫光和红光则表现为个体斑马鱼回避,群体斑马鱼趋向。斑马鱼对5种单色光的瞬间适应能力由强到弱依次为绿光、红光、紫光、蓝光、黄光。【结论】斑马鱼不喜好黄光环境,对紫光、红光、绿光表现强烈的趋向性,对蓝光的喜好程度适中。【Objective】To study the phototactic response of single-tailed and multi-tailed zebrafish(Danio rerio)to five monochromatic lights.【Method】Five artificial light sources(red(625±5)nm;yellow(585±5)nm;green(525±5)nm,blue(455±5)nm,and purple(400±5)nm)were set up without external surrounding light sources using a self-made experimental device.【Result】The percentage of residence time for single-tailed zebrafish in the monochromatic light wasin the decreasing order of green 24.1%,red 15.0%,purple 10.4%,blue 8.9%,and yellow 7.96%,respectively.The residence time in green light was significantly higher than that in yellow and blue light(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between residence time in red,yellow,blue and purple light(P>0.05).The phototaxis rate of multi-tailed zebrafish was 21.3%in purple,20.0%in red,19.6%in green,14.1%in blue light,and 9.6%in yellow light.The phototaxis rate in purple,red and green light was significantly higher than that in blue and yellow light(P<0.05).Whether it is a multi-tailed or single-tailed zebrafish,the phototaxis response was not obvious under the yellow light environment.The selection index of five monochromatic lights indicate that both single-tailed and multi-tailed zebrafish prefer blue and green light.On the contrary,both single-tail and multi-tailed zebrafish avoid yellow light,and single-tailed avoid purple light and red light,but multi-tailed zebrafish tend to purple and red light.For five monochromatic light environments,the instantaneous adaptability of zebrafish in turn with green,red,purple,blue and yellow light.【Conclusion】Zebrafish do not like yellow light in dark monochromatic light in the dark environment,and they show a strong taxis to purple,red,and green light,and a moderate preference to blue light.
