摘　　要：肌联蛋白通过同种型的转化,多通路影响肌联蛋白翻译后修饰(包括磷酸化和直接氧化),影响心肌被动张力及僵硬度,在心脏舒张功能不全的发生发展中发挥着重要作用。本文就肌联蛋白影响射血分数保留性心衰的机制作一综述。Via same type transformation,Titin affects pos-translational modification,including phosphorylation and direct oxidation,through multiple pathways,and affects myocardial passive tension and stiffness,which plays an important role in occurrence and development of heart diastolic dysfunction.The present article made a review on mechanism of Titin affecting heart failure with preserved ejection fraction.
