摘  要:随着工业企业的发展,生产规模扩大以及数据采集量的大大增加,企业在数据采集实时性及成本控制方面提出了更高的要求。针对工业现场现有的数据采集系统中使用的实时数据库价格昂贵且对工业大数据实时性分析支持差等问题,设计开发了一种大规模分布式数据采集与传输系统。该系统利用分布式消息中间件代替现有采集系统中的实时数据库,实现对工业过程大规模数据的高效、高可靠采集和传输,解决了高昂的成本问题,同时通过系统监控模块实现了对整个数据采集、传输和分发过程的监控,保证整个系统采集与传输的智能化,此外通过分布式消息中间件为后续的工业数据实时处理提供了技术保障,解决了目前工业采集系统难以对工业大数据实时分析的问题。With the development of industrial enterprises,the expansion of production scale and the increase of data collection,enterprises put forward higher requirements in terms of real-time data collection and cost control.According to the problems that the real-time database used in the existing data acquisition system in the industrial field is expensive and the support for the real-time analysis of industrial big data is poor,a large-scale distributed data acquisition and transmission system is designed and developed.The system uses distributed message middleware to replace the existing real-time database in data acquisition system to achieve large-scale industrial processes data collection and transmission with high efficiency and high reliability.At the same time,the system monitoring module realizes the monitoring of the entire data collection,transmission and distribution process to ensure the intelligence of the entire system collection and transmission.In addition,the distributed message middleware provides technical support for the subsequent real-time processing of industrial data,and solves the problem that the current industrial acquisition system is difficult to analyze industrial big data in real time.
