摘 要:以自制MQ硅树脂为填料,采用原位增强方式制得MQ硅树脂增强型室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶,通过红外光谱对材料补强前后的结构进行了表征;测试了材料的热性能及力学性能;研究了MQ硅树脂用量对增强型RTV硅橡胶透光率的影响。结果表明:实验所用MQ硅树脂的粒径主要集中在166 nm,能较好地分散在体系中发挥补强效果,还能与聚二甲基硅氧烷发生缩合反应进一步提高力学性能。当MQ硅树脂用量为30%时,MQ硅树脂增强型RTV硅橡胶的最大分解速率时的温度为552℃,拉伸强度为1.51 MPa,拉断伸长率为728.1%,邵尔A硬度为25度,850 nm处透光率为52%。The self-made MQ silicone resin was used as the filler,and the MQ silicone resin-enhanced room temperature vulcanized(RTV)silicone rubber was prepared by in-situ reinforcement.The structure of the material before and after reinforcement was characterized by infrared spectroscopy;the thermal and mechanical properties of the material were tested;the effect of the amount of MQ silicone resin on the light transmittance of reinforced RTV silicone rubber was studied.The results show that the particle size of the MQ silicone resin used in the experiment is mainly concentrated at 166 nm,which can be well dispersed in the system,and can further improve the mechanical properties in condensation with polydimethylsiloxane.When MQ silicone resin is 30%wt,the silicone rubber has the maximum decomposition rate of 552℃,the tensile strength of 1.51 MPa,the elongation at break of 728.1%,the Shore A hardness of 25,and the light transmittance of 52%at 850 nm.
