关节镜辅助空心钉固定胫骨平台髁间棘骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：观察关节镜辅助空心钉固定术治疗胫骨平台髁间棘骨折的疗效。将本院收治的95例胫骨平台髁间棘骨折患者,采用随机数字法将患者分为观察组(n=47)与对照组(n=48),观察组采用关节镜下空心钉固定术,对照组采用传统切开复位术,比较两组治疗前后患者膝关节功能及手术疗效。结果显示,两组患者术前膝关节评分比较无显著差异;术后,两组膝关节功能评分显著高于术前,且观察组膝关节功能评分显著高于对照组。结果说明,关节镜辅助空心钉固定术治疗胫骨平台髁间骨折效果显著好于传统切开复位术,有利于膝关节功能恢复和改善患者术后生活质量。To observe the curative effect of arthroscopic-assisted reduction and percutaneous cannulated screw fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau and intercondylar eminence avulsion fractures,95 patients in our hospital were divided into two groups by random number table methods.Observation group(n=47)received arthroscopic-assisted reduction and percutaneous cannulated screw fixation,while control group(n=48)received traditional open reduction.Comparison was carried on knee function score and treatment efficacy between groups.The results showed that the scores of knee function had no significant difference between groups before operation,which had an increasing trend in both groups after operation,and the increase was more significant in observation group than in control group.In conclusion,arthroscopic-assisted reduction and percutaneous cannulated screw fixation has a better effect than traditional open reduction in promoting the knee function recovery and improving postoperative quality of life for patients with tibial plateau and intercondylar eminence avulsion fractures.
