硝呋太尔胶囊联合苦参凝胶对细菌性阴道炎的疗效

摘　　要：研究硝呋太尔胶囊联合苦参凝胶对细菌性阴道炎疗效及其机制。以治疗有效率,复发率,临床症状消失时间,阴道局部免疫功能,血清氧化应激产物,生活质量评分,不良反应为评价指标。结果发现,与单用苦参凝胶治疗组比较,硝呋太尔胶囊联合苦参凝胶对细菌性阴道炎的治疗有效率明显增高,临床症状消失时间及复发率显著降低,阴道局部免疫功能及血清氧化应激产物水平显著改善,生活质量显著提高(P<0.05)。本研究结果说明采用硝呋太尔胶囊联合苦参凝胶治疗细菌性阴道炎疗效好于单用苦参凝胶治疗,其机制与增强阴道局部免疫功能,减少氧化应激有关。To investigate the effects of nifuratel capsule combined with matrine gel on bacterial vaginitis. The treatment efficiency, recurrence rate, clinical symptom disappearance time, vaginal local immune function, serum oxidative stress product, quality of life score, and adverse reaction were evaluated. The results showed, compared with the treatment group treated with matrine gel alone, effective rate of the treatment of nifuratel capsule combined with matrine gel was significantly higher, and the time and disappearance rate of clinical symptoms were significantly lower, the improvement of vaginal local immune function and serum oxidative stress level was significantly better, and the quality of life was significantly greater(P<0.05). The present study indicated that efficacy of nifuratel capsule combined with matrine gel in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis is better than that of treatment with matrine gel alone, which mechanism is related to increasing the local vaginal immune function and decreasing the oxidative stress.
