低品位难选铜矿转底炉还原测试研究

摘  要:以低品位难选铜矿为原料,添加合适还原剂,简化还原流程,对低品位难选铜矿转底炉还原测试展开分析。测试结果表明,在无烟煤添加量影响下,最佳还原煤化学计量比为1:2:2;而在氧化钙添加量影响下,最佳化学计量配比也为1:2:2。针对当前环境污染严重情况,使用还原法炼铜极为重要,具有可观应用前景。Taking low-grade refractory copper ore as raw material,adding suitable reducing agent,simplifying the reduction process,and analyzing the reduction test of low-grade refractory copper ore by rotating hearth furnace.The test results show that under the influence of anthracite addition,the best reduced coal stoichiometric ratio is 1:2:2;and under the influence of calcium oxide addition,the best stoichiometric ratio is also 1:2:2.In view of the current serious environmental pollution,it is extremely important to use the reduction method to smelt copper and has considerable application prospects.
