摘  要:本文以包头混合型稀土矿硫酸焙烧水浸液为研究对象,采用诱导结晶法进行了钙的除去实验,考察了硫酸钙晶种投加量、结晶时间以及陈化时间对除钙效果的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:晶种投加量5%,结晶时间180min,陈化时间120min;通过X-射线衍射及扫描电镜对除钙前后的硫酸钙进行了表征,发现硫酸钙晶种在除钙前后物相未发生改变。Taking Baotou mixed type rare earth ore sulfuric acid roasting water leaching solution as the research object,calcium removal experiment was carried out by induced crystallization method,and the effects of calcium sulfate seed dosage,crystallization time and aging time on calcium removal effect were investigated.The results showed that the optimum process conditions were as follows:seed dosage 5%,crystallization time 180 min,aging time 120 min;the calcium sulfate before and after calcium removal was characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope,and it was found that the phase of calcium sulfate seed did not change before and after calcium removal.
