对M5合金管材焊点周围白色腐蚀膜的初步研究

摘　　要：文章对采用压力电阻点焊机焊接的M5合金管材点焊试样水腐蚀后出现的白色腐蚀膜进行了初步试验研究。通过管材与焊舌接触面间的腐蚀情况检查、白色腐蚀膜成份分析及200天的长周期水腐蚀试验,结果说明,试样焊点周围出现的白色腐蚀膜不会对中心焊点的水腐蚀性能产生明显的影响。The white corrosion film of M5 alloy pipe welded by pressure resistance spot welding machine after water corrosion was studied.The results show that the white corrosion film around the solder joint of the sample will not affect the water corrosion performance of the central solder joint.
