摘 要:钼元素以及钼合金都具有较好的力学性能,其被广泛得应用于机械加工、核能工业、冶金、航空航天等领域中。随着时代的不断发展,传统的钼合金因为硬质相相对较少,其已经不能够充分满足在高温摩擦工作中的应用。碳化物因为具备较高的热稳定性以及力学性能,所以使用碳化物以增强钼合金的组织性能已经成为近些年相关专家研究的核心方向。基于此,本文以碳化物在钼合金中的应用为背景,研究分析了碳化物TiC对钼合金组织性能的影响及碳化物TiC添加量的变化对钼合金组织性能的影响,以供参考。Molybdenum elements and molybdenum alloys have good mechanical properties,and they are widely used in mechanical processing,nuclear energy industry,metallurgy,aerospace and other fields.With the continuous development of the times,traditional molybdenum alloys have been relatively few in the hard phase,and they have been unable to fully meet the application in high temperature friction work.Because carbides have high thermal stability and mechanical properties,the use of carbides to enhance the structural properties of molybdenum alloys has become the core direction of research by relevant experts in recent years.Based on this,based on the application of carbides in molybdenum alloys,this paper studies and analyzes the effect of carbide TiC on the properties of molybdenum alloys and the effect of changes in the amount of carbide TiC on the properties of molybdenum alloys for reference.
