摘 要:矿用电机车作为矿山主要的辅助运输设备,承担着矸石、设备、人员的运输任务。所以,电机车的运输安全,是事关矿山安全生产的一项大事。然而,矿山井下特殊的作业环境造成的电机车机械制动系统损坏频率高,以及因运载物质量不同带来的机械制动力矩与实际需求差异大无法有效制动的问题,都是摆在安全运输面前的难题。对电机车原有电路进行改进,以实现其自身无源能耗制动,成为一项最有效的解决途径。As the main auxiliary transportation equipment,mining electric locomotive undertakes the transportation task of gangue,equipment and personnel.Therefore,the transport safety of electric locomotive is a major event related to the safety production of mines.However,the high frequency of mechanical brake system damage caused by the special working environment of underground mine,and the problem that the mechanical braking torque is different from the actual demand due to the different quality of the carrier,which can not effectively brake,are all the problems in front of safe transportation.It is the most effective way to improve the original circuit of electric locomotive to realize its own passive energy consumption braking.
