摘 要:李雅庄煤矿目前的矿井通风系统不能满足通风需求,提出了更换地面主风机的方案。利用通风仿真软件MVIS构建李雅庄煤矿通风管理信息系统,在总回风量确定前提下,对矿井通风系统调整后风网风量和阻力分布情况进行模拟分析。模拟结果表明,更换地面主风机增大矿井总风量能够有效解决该矿中远期规划面临的通风问题,根据矿井总风量和矿井总阻力,确定了更换主通风机主要参数和风机特性曲线。Aiming at the problem that the ventilation power of Liyazhuang coal mine could not adapt well to the mine ventilation system at present,in order to achieve the goal of solving the ventilation problem faced by the mediumterm and long-term planning of Liyazhuang coal mine by increasing the total air volume,the feasibility of replacing the main fan on the ground was demonstrated,and the total return air volume was determined by ventilation simulation software.Under the premise,the distribution of air flow and resistance of the ventilation network after the adjustment of the mine follow-up ventilation system was simulated.The simulation results showed that the replacement of the main fan on the ground could effectively solve the ventilation problems faced in the long-term planning of the mine.The main parameters and fans for the replacement of the main fan were determined according to the total air flow and the working point of the total resistance of the mine.Characteristic curve and research results had important guiding significance and value for ensuring the safety and sustainable production of Liyazhuang coal mine.
