摘 要:嫁接(grafting)是一项基于植物再生能力开发的古老的农业技术,在农业生产中已成为一种重要和有效的植物选育种技术,然而对于嫁接结合处组织再生的了解才刚刚开始。嫁接再生过程包括伤口愈合、组织融合和维管再连接。近年来以模式植物拟南芥为材料对砧木和接穗愈合再生机理的研究取得了一定进展。本文对嫁接再生过程中再生信号的感知与启动、愈合处细胞的再生、维管束的再生与重新连接、以生长素为代表的植物激素以及糖在植物嫁接再生中的作用、嫁接的特异性等研究进展进行了分析和总结,以期对嫁接中再生机理的了解提供参考。Grafting is an ancient agricultural technology which is based on the development of plant regeneration ability.It has become an important and effective plant breeding technology in agricultural production.However,our understanding of tissue regeneration in grafting junction is just beginning and remain limited.Grafting regeneration process includes wound healing,tissue fusion and vascular reconnection.In recent years,the mechanism of rootstock and scion regeneration using model plant Arabidopsis thaliana as material has made some progress.In this paper,we analyzed and summarized the progress of research on the perception and initiation of regeneration signals during graft regeneration,regeneration of cells at the healing site,regeneration and reconnection of vascular bundles,the role of plant hormones(e.g.auxin)and sugars in plant graft regeneration,and the specificity of grafting,with a view to providing a reference for understanding the mechanism of regeneration in grafting.
