摘  要:以超级大速生生菜及红罗莎生菜为供试对象,采用盆栽试验研究了光合细菌(photosynthetic bacteria,PSB)及猪场粪污联合追施对生菜产量、光合作用、品质及安全性的影响,并与营养液追肥、营养液+PSB追肥做对比。结果表明,PSB与猪场粪污的添加能提高生菜的生长与品质指标。PSB+猪粪沼液是最佳追肥方式,与纯营养液相比在该追肥方式下:超级大速生生菜的叶绿素总量最高达到0.79 mg·g^-1,两种生菜的硝酸盐含量平均降低14.41%,两种生菜的地上部鲜质量、地上部干质量、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、维生素C含量平均提高53.85%、44.48%、13.90%、23.96%、24.36%。超级大速生生菜在最佳追肥条件下的安全指标均符合国家标准。In this experiment,super fast-growing lettuce and red Rosa lettuce were used as test objects.The effects of photosynthetic bacterial(PSB)and pig farm manure top dressing on yield,photosynthesis,quality and safety of lettuce were studied,and compared with nutrient solution and nutrient solution+PSB.The results showed that the yield and quality of lettuce could be improved by adding PSB and pig farm manure.PSB+Pig manure-biogas slurry was the best topdressing method.Compared with the nutrient solution,the total amount of chlorophyll in super fast growing lettuce can reach 0.79 mg·g^-1 after applying PSB+biogas slurry,the content of nitrate in two kinds of lettuce decreased by 14.41%on average,and the fresh weight,dry weight,soluble protein,soluble sugar and vitamin C content of the two kinds of lettuce increased by 53.85%,44.48%,13.90%,23.96%and 24.36%,respectively.The safety index of super big lettuce under the best topdressing condition accords with the national standard.
