摘　　要：采用问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,对中国足协内部法人治理机构设置、职能权限配置、会员管理、人事体制等进行了调查研究。结果表明:现阶段,中国足协内部法人治理结构尚存在机构不健全、会员代表大会制度不完善、人事体制不稳定、内部领导权缺失的问题。提出优化中国足协内部法人治理结构的策略:健全足协内部治理结构、提高秘书处的执行能力、规范足协内部会员选举制度、改革创新足球内部人事制度、强化内部组织建设。With the research methods of questionnaire survey and expert interview,the establishment of corporate governance institutions,authority allocation,membership management and personnel system of the Chinese Football Association are investigated.The research findings show that at present,there are still some problems in the internal corporate governance structure of the Chinese Football Association,such as imperfect organization and congress system,unstable personnel system and lack of internal leadership.The paper proposes to perfect the internal governance structure of the Chinese Football Association,improve the executive ability of the secretariat,standardize the election system of the members of the Association,reform and innovate the internal personnel system and strengthen the internal organization construction.
