摘 要:对AHRI Standard 210/240-2017中关于定速房间空调器季节能效比(SEER)的测试方法及计算方法进行分析,并对一台北美市场的额定制冷量为16.5 kW的定速空气源热泵型房间空调器进行测试,分析机组过冷度、室内机风量、衰减系数(CD)对机组SEER的影响。结果表明:机组过冷度对SEER有明显的影响,存在最佳过冷度使SEER达到最大;室内机风量的增大,在一定范围内可以增强室内侧换热器的换热能力,提升机组制冷量,但风量继续增大,机组制冷量提升有限,SEER会因室内机风机功耗增大而降低;降低CD是提升SEER的最直接、最经济的方法之一。The testing method and calculation method of SEER(seasonal energy efficiency ratio)for fix speed room air conditioner stated in AHRI Standard 210/240-2017 are analyzed.The test is conducted on a fix speed air source heat pump type room air conditioner in North America market,which has rated cooling capacity of 16.5 kW,and the influence of the subcooling degree of unit,the indoor unit’s air volume rate and CDvalue on SEERis analyzed.The results show that the subcooling degree of unit has a significant impact on SEER,which has an optimal subcooling degree to maximize the SEER.With the increase of indoor unit’s air volume rate,the heat transfer capacity of indoor heat exchanger and the unit’s cooling capacity can be increased within a certain range.But when the air volume rate continues to increase,the increase of the unit’s cooling capacity is limited,and the SEERwill be reduced due to the increase of internal fan’s power consumption.Reducing CDvalue is one of the most direct and economical methods to improve SEER.
