摘  要:液晶盒的制作过程中,存在许多工艺技术,只有熟悉工艺流程才能制作出一个高质量的液晶盒。通过对制备完成的液晶盒观察检测总结出液晶的工作原理,液晶的透射率随电压的变化情况,TN型液晶的电光特性、时间响应特性和视角特性,及其电光效应性能,测试其瞬态响应时间与液晶器件之间的关系。制备液晶电光效应测试仪,测试电光效应的时间响应特性,通过改变液晶盒厚度,液晶盒两端电压大小,接受装置与光源距离,环境温度,环境照度等条件,研究其响应时间的变化,液晶电光效应实验仪可在两端加入可变周期的信号源方波电压,使测量结果更加精确。In the manufacturing process of the liquid crystal cell,there are many process technologies,and only a familiar process flow can produce a high quality liquid crystal cell.Through the observation and detection of the prepared liquid crystal cell,the working principle of the liquid crystal is summarized,the transmittance of the liquid crystal changes with the voltage,the electro-optic characteristics,the time response characteristic and the viewing angle characteristic of the TN liquid crystal,and the electro-optic effect performance thereof,and the transient state is tested.The relationship between response time and the liquid crystal device.Prepare a liquid crystal electro-optic effect tester to test the time response characteristics of the electro-optic effect.By changing the thickness of the liquid crystal cell,the voltage across the liquid crystal cell,receiving the distance between the device and the light source,ambient temperature,ambient illumination,etc.,the change of response time is studied.The electro-optical effect experimenter can add a variable-cycle signal source square wave voltage at both ends to make the measurement result more accurate.
