摘 要:通过对长沙农村水厂进行调研和分析,发现其水质分析方式大多以人工现场取水采样、实验室分析为主,同时水厂缺乏物理安全防护和设备运行状态监控,造成人工成本高、安全隐患大和运维不及时等问题.为解决以上问题,设计并实现了一种面向农村水厂的水质安全监控系统.该系统主要包含水质在线监测、设备运行管理和安全防护三大模块.其中水质在线监测模块是一套以传感器为基础,运用物联网、自动控制等技术以及分析软件和通信网络,从水样采集到数据处理及存储的综合性系统,对水源水质常规五参数和出厂水pH值、浊度、余氯等参数进行在线监测与分析,解决人工采样成本高、检测不及时的问题;安全防护模块解决各工艺段生产运作的突发事件和周界入侵的问题;设备运行管理模块解决各终端设备非正常运行的问题.Through investigation and analysis of water supply plants in rural area of Changsha,it is found that most of their water quality analysis methods are based on manual on-site sampling and laboratory analysis.At the same time,the water suppliers lack of physical security protection and equipment operation status monitoring,resulting in high labor costs,security risks,late maintenance.To solve those problems,this paper designs and implements a water quality Protection System for rural water supply plants.The system includes three modules:Water quality online monitoring,equipment operation management and security protection.Among them,the water quality online monitoring module is a comprehensive system based on sensors,which applied technology including Internet of Things,automatic control,analysis software and communication networks.It covers function from water sample collection to data processing and storage.The monitoring center could solve the problems of high labor cost and late reaction by online monitoring and analysis of the conventional normal five parameters of the source water quality and pH,turbidity,and residual chlorine of the water etc.;the security protection module solves the unexpected events of production operations in each process and perimeter intrusion;the device monitoring module solves the problem of abnormal operation of each terminal device.
