摘　　要：随着社会的快速发展及信息化程度的提高,激活档案资源,充分发挥其管理价值,是高校管理人员、教师和档案工作者面临的一项重要课题.激活高校档案资源,能充分挖掘和合理配置高校人力、物力、教育教学和科研资源,对高校建设和发展具有重要意义.激活高校档案资源,应当遵循共享性原则、纪律性原则、保密性原则、规范性原则.With the rapid development of society and the improvement ofinformatization,it is an important task for university administrators,teachers and archivists to activate archives resources and give full play to their management value.Activating the archives resources in colleges and universities can fully tap and rationally allocate the resources of manpower,material resources,education,teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,which is of great significance to the construction and development of colleges and universities.The principles of sharing,discipline,confidentiality and standardization should be followed in activating university archives resources.
