摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一种Ca0.5Mo0.96O4∶0.25Eu^3+、0.04Si^4+、0.25Li^+红色荧光粉,并使用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和荧光光谱仪对其结构、形貌和发光性能进行了表征和研究。结果表明Ca0.5Mo0.96O4∶0.25Eu^3+,0.04Si^4+,0.25Li^+红色荧光粉可以在395、466和537 nm处同步激发,最佳的激发波长为绿光537 nm,主要的红色发射峰位于618 nm。红色荧光粉最佳的退火温度和Eu3+掺杂量分别为800℃和0.25 mol,相较于未掺杂Si^4+和Li^+的红色荧光粉,发射强度可以提高8倍。这种红色荧光粉可以应用到白光发光二极管(LED)中,因为它分别在近紫外光、蓝光和绿光或它们的混合光的激发下都发出强烈的红光。在白光LED中(红绿蓝三色荧光粉混合),可以通过近紫外光有效激发蓝色荧光粉发出蓝光,蓝光可以激发绿色荧光粉发出绿光,绿光可以有效激发Ca0.5Mo0.96O4∶0.25Eu^3+,0.04Si^4+,0.25Li^+荧光粉产生红光。相信这种红色荧光粉可以很好地用于商业领域。Ca0.5Mo0.96O4∶0.25 Eu^3+,0.04 Si^4+,0.25 Li^+red phosphor was prepared by the solgel method.The structures,morphology and luminescent properties were characterized and studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and fluorescence spectrometer.The results show that the Ca0.5Mo0.96O4∶0.25 Eu^3+,0.04 Si^4+,0.25 Li^+red phosphor can be synchronously excited at the wavelengths of 395,466 and 537 nm,the optimal excitation wavelength is green light of 537 nm,and the main red emission peak wavelength of the phosphor locates at 618 nm.The optimal annealing temperature and Eu^3+doping amount of the red phosphor are 800℃and 0.25 mol,respectively.Compared with the red phosphors without Si^4+and Li^+,the emission intensity of the red phosphor can be enhanced by 8 times.The red phosphor emits a strong red light under the excitation of near-ultraviolet,blue,and green light or their mixed light,respectively,thus it can be applied to white light-emitting diodes(LEDs).In white LEDs(mixed red,green and blue phosphors),the blue phosphor can be excited effectively by near ultraviolet light to emit blue light,and the green phosphor can be excited by blue light to emit green light,and further the Ca0.5Mo0.96O4∶0.25 Eu^3+,0.04 Si^4+,0.25 Li^+phosphor can be excited by the green light effectively to produce red light.It is believed that the red phosphor can be well used in the commercial field.
