摘 要:当前我国脱贫攻坚取得了长足的进展,未来要将“输血式扶贫”变为“造血式扶贫”,将扶贫同扶志、扶智相结合,激发扶贫对象的内生动力。以家庭文化资本视角分析西部农村贫困地区农民子女的就读意愿,研究发现:超龄学生的就读意愿显著低于正常学龄学生,体制化文化资本对两者的就读意愿有不同的影响;客观化文化资本越好,学生的就读意愿越高;具体化文化资本中,父母教育期望对学生就读意愿有正向影响,正常学龄学生父母文化参与越多,对其就读意愿影响越显著。据此,学校和家长要关心孩子的学习和生活多方面的变化,不定期进行一对一的交流;父母要注重对孩子的陪伴,并为其营造良好的学习环境;对于超龄儿童,政府、学校和家庭要给予更多的关心,通过提高教育水平来改善贫困地区和贫困人口自我发展能力。Great progress has been made in the fight against poverty in China.In the future,we will transform from the mode of“blood-transfusion for poverty alleviation”to that of“bettering blood-making function for poverty alleviation”and stimulate the internal impetus to solve the problem of relative poverty.From the perspective of family cultural capital,this paper analyzes the willingness of children of farmers in poor rural areas in western China to study,with a view to promoting the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education.It is found that the willingness of over-aged students to study is significantly lower than that of normal-aged ones,and institutionalized cultural capital has different effects on their willingness to study.The better the objective cultural capital,the higher the students’willingness to study;In materialized cultural capital,the parents’educational expectation has a positive effect on students’willingness to study,the cultural participation of parents of normal school age students has a positive effect on their study intention.
