摘 要:为提高工件表面硬度、耐磨性及使用寿命,以硼砂熔盐为共渗盐浴的基盐,加入适量稀土元素,采用稀土钒共渗工艺对实心工件和空心工件表面进行强化,考察渗钒温度和时间对工件尺寸精度的影响。结果表明:经过950℃、6 h稀土钒共渗处理即可在工件表层制备高硬度钒碳化合物覆层;随着渗钒温度升高,渗钒时间延长,工件外径和内径尺寸变化均很明显。稀土钒共渗工艺可提高工件耐磨性并延长其使用寿命。In order to improve the surface hardness,wear resistance and service life of the workpiece,borax lava is selected as the base salt of the salt bath,and the appropriate amount of rare earth elements are added.The surface of solid workpiece and hollow workpiece is treated by rare earth-vanadizing process.The effect of vanadizing temperature and time on the dimensional accuracy of workpiece is investigated.The results show that after 950℃and 6 h vanadizing treatment,the high hardness vanadium carbon compound can be coated on the surface of the workpiece.With the increase of vanadizing temperature and time,the outer diameter and inner diameter of workpiece change obviously.The rare earth-vanadizing process can improve the wear resistance and prolong the service life of the workpiece.
