摘  要:目前,盾构在施工过程中的故障问题日益凸显,维修过程中逐渐暴露出维修性设计不足的问题。基于Delmia桌面式虚拟维修技术,提出盾构虚拟维修仿真评价实施方案,通过确定维修任务及维修作业流程,搭建盾构虚拟维修场景,对实际的维修过程进行虚拟仿真,并从可达性、可视性、操作空间及快速上肢评价等方面进行评价,以优化维修性设计和维修规划。结合某盾构边缘刮刀拆卸案例进行仿真应用,验证了所提出方法的有效性。At present, the problem of failures in the construction of shields has become increasingly prominent, and the problem of insufficient maintainability design has gradually been exposed during the maintenance process. Based on Delmia desktop virtual maintenance technology, a simulation evaluation implementation plan for shield virtual maintenance is proposed. By determining maintenance tasks and maintenance operation procedures, a shield virtual maintenance scenario is established, and the actual maintenance process is virtualized and simulated. The evaluation is carried out from the aspects of accessibility, visibility, operation space and rapid upper limb evaluation to optimize the maintainability design and maintenance planning. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the simulation application of a shield edge crapper disassembly case.
